Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator & Sales Closer to join our team at LA Furniture Store. This role involves developing engaging digital content across various social media platforms, optimizing online presence through strategic marketing efforts, and effectively closing sales by building strong relationships with prospective customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about modern furniture and possess a keen eye for design, combined with excellent communication skills to drive sales and brand awareness.
DutiesDevelop and curate compelling content for social media channels, including posts, stories, videos, and graphic designs that highlight our furniture collections and brand identity.
Engage with followers through social listening and social media communication to foster community interaction and respond promptly to inquiries.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads through social media channels and convert prospects into customers by applying relationship management techniques.
QualificationsProven experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or related roles within a retail or furniture environment.
Excellent writing skills with an ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate across diverse audiences.
Ability to analyze marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Strong relationship management skills with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Basic video editing skills are preferred but not mandatory.

Our staff is trained to support you through the process from shopping to installation, offering a holistic and positive customer experience.
Always evolving, and growing, over the past few years we have been fortunate to open a 3-story design center, serving our growing customer base in Los Angeles and Orange County. Our San Fernando Valley clients visit our Westfield Topanga Mall Showroom, and most recently, in November 2019, we opened a new 20,000sq.ft. Concept Showroom in Woodland Hills, CA. This Concept showroom is tailored directly for our more discerning clients, seeking truly high-end pieces, and features our most exclusive and luxurious collection
