Job DescriptionGenesis Staffing is currently seeking a bilingual (Fluent in English & Spanish) Legal Assistant to work in the Litigation Department with one of our clients in Houston, TX. Details about the position are below:

Responsibilities:
Answering phones, assist clients with questionsDraft, edit and review legal documentsFile documents, make copies, scan items, etc.
Email correspondenceQualifications:Must be able to multitaskMust be able to speak, read, and write both English and Spanish fluentlyMust be a team player and self starterMust be punctual and reliableMust have a positive attitude and great customer service skillsMust pay attention to details, work must be accurateMust be organized and able to manage heavy case loadMust be able to prioritize tasks/deadlinesMust be able to work well under pressureMust have excellent communication skillsMust be familiar with and able to use Gmail, Microsoft Office and AdobeMust be able to work (in office)
- 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM Monday through Friday Temp to hire
- 3 months with the intention to convert to full time direct.
Pay Rate: $16.00 (with no previous litigation experience)
- $17.00/hr (previous litigation experience)
