Requirements- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state of New York.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting, with at least 1 year in an endoscopy role.
- Leadership: Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; proficiency with healthcare software and technologies.
- Certification: BLS and ACLS certification required.
