Career Opportunity Norman Regional Health System is seeking a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our cardiovascular team. As a leading healthcare provider in the Oklahoma City metro area, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting workplace excellence.
About the Role The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in radiologic technology and experience working in a procedural area. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining equipment for cardiovascular procedures, providing patient care, and ensuring a sterile environment. Collaboration with cardiologists and electrophysiologists is essential, as well as serving as a preceptor for new hires and students.
Key Qualifications Completed a 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility or current RCIS registration
Previous Procedural Area experience preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) training and ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
