What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal. Monitor access to the building, verify identification, and assist with visitor registration to help to deter unauthorized entry at the commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and escalating issues as appropriate. Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter potential security-related concerns and provide information or directions as needed. Communicate professionally with building staff, tenants, and guests to address inquiries and/or report concerns to the appropriate parties. Document security-related activities and/or incidents clearly and accurately as required by site procedures. Assist with emergency response activities, including alerting relevant personnel and following evacuation or lockdown protocols when appropriate. Minimum Requirements: Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
