Job Overview Avera St Mary's Hospital is currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Women's Center team. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care to women and newborns in a team-focused environment.
Responsibilities Deliver exceptional nursing care to preterm, laboring, and post-partum women and newborns admitted to the Women's Center.
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Provide education and support to patients and their families on various aspects of women's health.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines.
Requirements Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's Degree as a minimum.
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota or multi-state licensure.
ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits The hourly rate for this position is $31.00 - $46.50 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, Avera offers a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, paid time off, and generous retirement options.
