Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role at Good Samaritan Society, utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This position involves collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care planning and delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across various health phases
Care coordination, resident assessment, and education
Leadership responsibilities, including charge nurse duties and delegation of tasks
Requirements: Nationally accredited nursing program graduate preferred
Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
Department-specific competencies and certifications
