As an Occupational Therapist with InHome Therapy Services LLC, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, work in a variety of settings, and enjoy competitive compensation and benefits. To succeed in this role, you will need a successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, a current therapist license issued by The State of IL, and a current CPR certificate. You will also need to be proficient in technological devices/systems such as tablets, e-mail, text messaging, and electronic documentation. Reliable transportation is also required.
Key competencies for this role include excellent communication, flexibility, and professionalism, as well as self-direction with a sense of team commitment, organizational and time-management skills, and a personal care component on a small percentage of patients.
