Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist - RCIS to join our innovative cardiovascular program at Norman Regional Health System.
Preparation of Equipment: Prepare equipment before and during procedures, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
Patient Care: Identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide exceptional care throughout the catheterization process.
Sterile Environment: Establish and maintain a sterile environment, adhering to stringent protocols to prevent infection and ensure patient safety.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with a team of cardiologists, radiologic technologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will require:
A completed 24-month formal Radiologic Technology program or military equivalent.
Eligibility for American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification.
Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
Basic Life Support (BLS) training and current Basic Life Support certification.
Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training within 6 months of hire.
