Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist At Norman Regional Health System, we are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and possess a strong understanding of cardiovascular procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care during cardiovascular procedures, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.
Equipment Preparation: Prepare and maintain equipment before and during procedures, adhering to strict sterility guidelines.
Mentorship: Serve as a mentor for new hires and students, sharing expertise and knowledge to ensure seamless integration into the team.
Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and patient outcomes.
Requirements:
Education: Completion of a 24-month formal program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
Registration: Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and/or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
Experience: One year of experience working in a Cath Lab setting, preferably with certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ACLS).
Certifications: Possess current certifications in BLS and ACLS, with the ability to maintain these certifications throughout employment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.
