Career Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and experienced radiologic technologist to contribute to our innovative cardiovascular program.
About the Position The successful candidate will prepare and operate equipment during procedures, assess patient conditions, and maintain a sterile environment. They will also serve as a preceptor for new hires and participate in the orientation of new staff. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with medical professionals are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and operate equipment during procedures.
Assess patient conditions and provide patient care.
Maintain a sterile environment.
Serve as a preceptor for new hires and participate in orientation.
Requirements Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
Current certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
Previous experience working in a cath lab setting preferred.
BLS certification required.
ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
