Norman Regional Health System is a pioneering healthcare institution in the Southern region of Oklahoma City. Our state-of-the-art cardiovascular program has been recognized for its excellence, and we're looking for a skilled Registered Technologist to join our team.
Overview We offer a comprehensive range of services, including three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms. Our team collaborates with nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists to provide exceptional patient care.

American Association Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) Accreditation
Responsibilities: Prepare equipment before and during procedures
Assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care
Maintain a sterile environment
Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students
Participate in orientation of new staff
Use downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks
Collaborate with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care
Qualifications Complete Cath Lab RT Orientation within 6 months
Complete all competencies listed in department policy within 6 months
Education and Experience Completion of a 24-month formal Radiologic Technology program or military program
Eligibility for American Registry of Radiologic Technologist certification
Previous procedural area experience preferred
Licensure and Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) training required
Current BLS certification required for duration of employment
Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training within 6 months of hire
