Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and concerns.
- Advise management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance related to employee relations.
- Develop and deliver training on topics such as workplace conduct, anti-harassment, and conflict resolution.
- Mediates workplace disputes and facilitates resolutions to maintain positive employee relations.
- Partner with HR leadership to identify trends and recommend proactive measures to improve employee relations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of investigations and resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience specifically in employee relations or a closely related HR field.
- Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and documenting findings.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
