Varied Clinical Responsibilities: Utilize your LCSW expertise to conduct initial assessments, provide therapy sessions, and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals of diverse backgrounds. Engage in individual, group, and family therapy sessions focusing on evidence-based approaches for promoting recovery and wellness.
Client-Centered Approach: Embrace a client-centered approach by creating a safe and empathetic space for individuals to share their concerns and emotions. Apply a strengths-based perspective to empower clients in achieving their goals and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Skills Required for the LCSW Position:

LCSW licensure in the state of California is a must.
Possess exceptional clinical skills and experience in providing therapy for individuals, groups, and families.
Proficient in conducting mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and ability to adapt interventions to meet individual clients' needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
