Job Summary The successful candidate will prepare and maintain equipment for cardiovascular procedures in a sterile environment, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care. This role involves collaboration with cardiologists and other medical professionals, serving as a preceptor for new staff and students.
Responsibilities Prepare and maintain equipment for cardiovascular procedures in a sterile environment.
Collaborate with cardiologists and other medical professionals to ensure high standards of patient safety and care.
Serve as a preceptor for new staff and students, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred.
Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
BLS training or re-training required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
ACLS training must be achieved within 6 months of hire and maintained throughout employment.
Benefits $27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience.
