We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with a background in dairy manufacturing-especially fluid milk processing-to lead our team and drive performance. What you will be doing:As Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of milk production, including pasteurization, homogenization, filling, and sanitation. You'll lead a team of operators and technicians, ensuring compliance with dairy industry standards and optimizing production efficiency. Main ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily milk processing operations, including pasteurization and packagingEnsure compliance with FDA, PMO, HACCP, and SQF standardsLead and coach production staff to meet safety, quality, and output goalsManage Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems and sanitation protocolsMonitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenanceAnalyze production data and implement process improvementsCollaborate with QA, maintenance, and logistics teamsMaintain accurate records for audits and inspectionsWe are looking for candidates who possess the following:5+ years of experience in dairy manufacturing, specifically fluid milk processing2+ years in a supervisory or management roleStrong knowledge of pasteurization, homogenization, and dairy packaging systemsFamiliarity with food safety regulations and sanitation proceduresExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related fieldExperience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologiesProficiency in production software and data analysis toolsWe also provide a variety of benefits including:Competitive wages paid weeklyAssociate discountsHealth and financial well-being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k and more)Time off (vacation, holidays, sick pay). This position is located in Bellevue, WA . The salary range is $90,000 to $105,000 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
