Permanent, full-time Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist role in Las Vegas, NV (metropolitan region; relocation required)Join a highly specialized 14-bed Cardiac ICU serving the only congenital heart surgery program in NevadaClinical duties: hands-on pediatric CICU care, ECMO/cardiac cath program support, 400+ surgical cases/year, plus procedural sedation and pediatric/neonatal transportRotating schedule, including night/weekend/on-call shifts, provides team continuityAcademic interface: work with resident physicians from multiple specialties (pediatrics, family medicine, EM)Modern facilities including 24-bed tertiary PICU and new 30-bed pediatric EDMust be BC/BE in Pediatric Critical Care or Pediatric Cardiology (with CICU training)Not open to locums or visa sponsorshipComprehensive suite of benefits: competitive salary, possible sign-on/relocation support, full health/dental/vision, fertility/family planning, 401(k), ESPP, leave benefits, and discount programsNote: Immediate local residency is expectedLas Vegas offers a vibrant lifestyle, major attractions, and no state income tax.
