As a room attendant, your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and assisting guests with any inquiries they may have.

Changing bed linens and making beds to maintain a clean and inviting environment.

Replacing used towels and restocking bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.

Performing floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

Cleaning toilet, bathroom sink, showers, Whirlpools and floors

Dusting and polishing furniture to ensure a presentable appearance.

Emptying trash containers and maintaining cleanliness in public areas, such as corridors.

Promptly reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.

Ensuring that, by the end of your shift, every guest room that has been assigned to you is completely cleaned and organized.

At the end of your shift, return and replenish the cleaning cart.

Conducting deep cleaning of rooms as needed.

Preparing sheet packs for the following day.

Helping people by making beds.

Loading dishes into the dishwasher.
