Additional responsibilities include reconciling general ledger accounts, maintaining cash management policies, scanning documents, cost distribution responsibilities, management of vault inventory, maintenance of US Bank Debit cards funds.As required, may be required to provide backup coverage for other general accounting positions.Technical CompetenciesName Financial AnalysisDescription Demonstrated mastery of financial data sufficient to error check and validate key data sets and reports.Name Financial SystemsDescription Demonstrated knowledge of key financial systems and University-related business policies and procedures sufficient to audit, process, approve and/or reject transaction requests.
