Echo Technician Supervisor Full Time Days Position SummarySupervises Echo TechsEnsures patients receive the appropriate services, resting, stress and trans esophageal echocardiogramsRequires a person with leadership ability, which is flexible in a multidisciplinary environment. Supervisor is available and responsible, 24-hours per day, and has high standards of commitment to their staff, patients, community, and hospital. Responsibilities include planning, leadership, and marketing of area(s) of responsibility. Has responsibility and primary accountability to supervise a single section/unit. Assigns work, checks results, controls costs, appraises performance, makes salary increase and promotional recommendations. Education Required: Graduate of accredited ultrasound programExperience Required: 3 years experience in CardiologyProfessional Requirement: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.Certifications: EKG Certification requires.
