Responsibilities:

As a cleaning technician you will be responsible for the following:
-Travel to assigned cleaning accounts on time and prepared.
-Clean each site according to account cleaning schedule including but not limited to:
-Clean floors, windows, etc.
-Empty trash and recyclables
-Dust surfaces
-Restock supplies and equipment
-Work independently on site unless another Clean MD employee is assigned.
-Obtain and maintain account keys, cleaning supplies, and equipment needed to clean each site.
-Communicate with technicians and administrative staff.
-Represent Clean MD positively in various settings inside and outside the organization.
-Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
-Valid driver’s license
-Reliable means of transportation
-Organizational skills and time management skills
-Recognition of importance of confidentiality regarding company and client information
-Must be willing to learn

Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is not required. We will provide the training you need to succeed
