Building and Land Technology (BLT) is seeking a highly motivated Leasing Consultant to join our luxury community, The Curb, in Norwalk, CT. This is a fast-paced, stabilized multi-family apartment community with over 900 units, offering an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic leasing team and grow your career.Description of the Leasing Consultant Position:The Leasing Consultant is responsible for providing prospects and residents with exceptional sales and customer service, as well as maintaining awareness of all the happenings within the neighborhood and local rental market.Responsibilities of the Position of Leasing Consultant:Converting leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhoodContributing to desired occupancy levels by conducting informative and personalized tours of the community that result in new leasesBuilding brand loyalty and achieving resident retention goals by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellarGenerating awareness, interest, and excitement via social mediaUtilizing AppFolio software to document prospect updates, assist current residents and overall maximize both prospect and resident experienceWorking weekends (Both Saturday & Sunday) to help prospective residentslookfor their new hometwo days off during the weekRequirements of the Leasing Consultant position::1+ year of sales or real estateexperience requiredProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProjects a professional sales presentation and imageMotivated team-player with exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-pacedenvironmentBenefits Provided tothe Position of Leasing Consultant:Compensation package includes:Competitive Pay and Potential BonusMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Plan401k PlanLife InsurancePaid VacationPaid Sick LeavePaid HolidaysTuition Reimbursement20% Housing Discount at BLT PropertiesBLT is an equal opportunity employer.Please note that this job description is intended to outline the general nature and key responsibilities of the role.
