We are seeking a Board-Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospitalist for a locum tenens opportunity in California. This assignment begins Nov 3, 2025, lasts 15 days, and features 5-6 twenty-four-hour in-house shifts per month, including weekends. The physician will join a collaborative hospital setting focused on high-quality obstetrical care and multidisciplinary teamwork. Job Details Location: California Facility Type: Hospital Start Date: Nov 3, 2025 LOA: 15 days Provider Type Needed: Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospitalist Schedule: Five to six 24-hour in-house shifts per month (7am-7am, weekdays and weekends) Responsibilities and Duties Provide inpatient and outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care in a NICU hospital environment Manage approximately thirteen to fourteen patients per day, including clinic and rounds Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system for documentation and care coordination Additional Information Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology required BLS, ACLS, and DEA certification required prior to start Active California license or application in progress required COVID-19 vaccination required NPDB Self-Query required Malpractice and license history disclosure required (candidates with history may be considered with limitations) 1-5 years of experience in similar practice settings highly preferred Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
