SPECIALTY: PSYCHIATRY LOCATION: ALASKA JOB TYPE: LOCUMS JOB NUMBER: 48031 Adult Inpatient Psych need in an acute care locked facility M-F (8a-4p) Weekends (about 1 x per month) and may include a holiday, depending on length of assignment. Call is about 1x per week. May need to admit an adolescent while on call. Preference for a psychiatrist with a background in forensics or cognitive impairment. EMR: MEDITECH REQUIREMENTS: -AK license active & unrestricted -BC-Psychiatry, or truly BE (completion of residency program) -BLS COMPENSATION: Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.) Malpractice insurance provided If you are interested in this opportunity.
