Response time: 30 Min• Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday• Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS, TNCC and PALS• Minimum Experience: 5 years - must have at least one year of travel experience- FIRM required.Trauma Level II experience required.• Charting Experience: EPIC required• Unit Information: Trauma level II, 18 bed unit, stroke certified, cardiac, neuro, pediatrics, geriatrics, respiratory, etc. Very face-paced environment. 3-4 pts per nurse. Epic computer charting. Pyxis medication dispenser. RNs draw labs, lab in house, RN does neb treatments. RT in house.
