Position Overview: Profession: Physician Specialty: Traumatic Brain Injury/General Medicine Default Rate Type: Daily Emergency/Temp Privileges: No Shift Type: Days Shift Details: PRN Basis: As needed Shift Length: TBD Half Day: 4 hours or less Full Day: 4-8 hours Responsibilities: We are seeking providers to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams. Key responsibilities include: Conducting interview-based exams with some physical assessment. Evaluating range of motion, muscle strength, and traumatic brain injury. No prescribing or treatment required. Utilizing a Goniometer for assessments. Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions. Proficiency in METs testing and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions. Submission of Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) within 48 hours upon exam completion. Additional Details: Need: Ongoing PRN basis Certification Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible State License Requirements: Utah Provider Needed: More than 5 Training and Support: Training will be provided for all Reporting/DBQs. Evaluations will be completed in the provider portal, with records reviewed regularly.
