This exclusive consultative role with one of VISTA s healthcare partners in California could be the perfect fit for you Position Highlights Flexible Schedule: 1 3 days per week or full-time practice position Hybrid Model: Combination of onsite care in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and telepsychiatry Diverse Caseload: Engage with a wide range of patient acuity levels Consultative Role: Conduct initial evaluations and provide treatment and medication recommendations Volume: Average of 18 consults per week Compensation & Benefits Monthly Supplemental Income Range: $5,800 $29,000 depending on schedule and scope Supervision Stipend: Optional stipend available for supervising 1 4 nurse practitioners Comprehensive Benefits: Available for qualifying full-time role Minimum Qualifications Board Certification in Psychiatry Active and Unrestricted California Medical License Eligibility as a Medicare Provider Preferred Experience: Geriatric psychiatry Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or inpatient psychiatric care About VISTA Staffing A ClearlyRated Best of Staffing Client and Talent 10-Year Diamond Award winner, VISTA has 30 years of experience optimizing continuity of care for hospitals, medical practices and government agencies across the US.
