Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Technician to join our client in Plainfield, IN. This individual will be responsible for analyzing and maintaining equipment/systems throughout the plant, as well as ensuring machinery and mechanical equipment operate effectively through preventive maintenance. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $34 to $38/hour, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- Located in Plainfield, IN
- Analyze and maintain equipment and systems throughout the plant
- Ensure machinery and mechanical equipment operate effectively through preventive maintenance
- Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer instructions, and engineering specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and good work practices
- Strong commitment to safety
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years of maintenance experience in a production environment
- Computer literacy required
- Electromechanical troubleshooting (e.g., controls, components, control wiring diagnosis)
- PLC diagnostics and experience preferred
- Robotic control experience preferred
- Electrical field device/component troubleshooting and replacement
- Mechanical comprehension of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical drives, motors, bearings, fasteners, and fittings
