A facility near Hillsboro, GA, is looking for a skilled physician to provide comprehensive urology care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Key Details Start Date: ASAPDuration: 912 months with the potential for extension.Schedule:Clinic Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PMOR Hours: 7:30 AM3:30 PMCall Coverage: 24-hour call on a rotating schedule (M/T, W/Th, F/S/S) with a 1:4 ratio.Location: Multiple sites in the area may require coverage flexibility. Responsibilities Perform inpatient rounding, outpatient clinic visits, emergency department consults, and ambulatory care consults.Conduct general urology surgeries and office procedures, including:TURP, TURBT, hydrocelectomy, spermatocelectomy, circumcision, vasectomy, and cystoscopy.Handle endoscopic techniques and ureteroscopy.Collaborate with internal urologists who handle more advanced cases. Requirements Licensure: Must hold a Georgia medical license or qualify for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).Board Certification: Required (board-eligible candidates also considered).Comfortable managing a patient load of approximately 21 patients per shift. Practice Highlights Work within a supportive team, including RNs, MAs, and administrative staff.Credentialing timeframe: 21 days.EMR system: Epic.Temporary privileges available for a quicker start.
