Roofing Salesperson and Inspector Job Description

As a Roofing Salesperson and Inspector at Meridian Restoration, you will play a key role in expanding our business and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with our Estimators and Project Managers to secure new roofing projects and assist in the successful execution of ongoing work. You will engage directly with homeowners to address and resolve their roofing concerns, ensuring that every project is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with insurance standards. Your expertise and proactive approach will be crucial in delivering top-quality service and fostering lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new roofing project opportunities through various channels.
  • Engage with homeowners to understand their roofing needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed project proposals and estimates to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Inspection and Project Oversight:
  • Conduct thorough roof inspections to assess damage, determine repair or replacement needs, and provide accurate recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Estimators and Project Managers to develop project plans and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and industry regulations.
• Customer Service and Communication:
  • Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide clear and regular communication to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate smooth interactions between homeowners, Estimators, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that all roofing projects meet or exceed industry standards for quality and safety.
  • Conduct final inspections to confirm project completion and customer satisfaction.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education and Experience

College Degree or Trade School Training

Construction Industry Experience

HAAG Certified is a plus

FAA Drone Operator License

Xactimate Software Experience

Symbility Software Experience

Physical Demands

Salary

The starting salary range is $45,000 to $55,000 on an annual basis depending on experience. There is also an opportunity to earn a bonus which will be discussed upon hiring.
