We are seeking an experienced Line Cook who is skilled in grilling, sautéing, pasta preparation, steak cooking, and kitchen prep work. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create soups and sauces from scratch and will be highly flexible in their availability to work varying shifts, including days, nights, and holidays. Pay is competitive and based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items, focusing on grill and sauté techniques.
• Craft fresh pasta dishes and cook steaks to precise specifications.
• Create soups and sauces from scratch with a focus on quality and flavor.
• Perform prep work, including ingredient preparation and portioning.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations.
• Support inventory management and stock rotation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a line cook role or similar position.
• Proficiency in grilling, sautéing, pasta preparation, and steak cooking.
• Strong experience in prep work and crafting soups and sauces from scratch.
• Flexibility in scheduling, with availability for days, nights, and holidays.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Culinary school training is a plus but not required.
