Job Summary


We are looking for a curious and driven UX Designer with an aptitude for collaboration. In this role, you will craft elegant and intuitive experiences that scale across our entire product offering while utilizing and contributing to our design system and UX guidelines. You will also gather feedback from stakeholders and team members and perform user research to guide product design decisions.

This role will be part of the Blu Product Team and shall report directly to the Director of UX/UI and work closely with the entire Product Team, including the Chief Product Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Crafting pixel-perfect design utilizing existing design systems and UI building blocks.

  • Contributing to and evolving the design system.

  • Creating wireframes, low/high fidelity prototypes, and screen flows.

  • Conducting user feedback sessions

  • Analyzing user feedback and activity

  • Working closely with the development team to deliver design requirements and specifications and verify implementation quality.

  • Reviewing existing applications for improvements


Skills:

  • Experience designing for a B2B Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) or enterprise applications

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple work streams

  • Have strong time management skills

  • Proficiency in Figma

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Ability to implement designs in HTML/CSS/JS is a plus
