Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetics of homes and businesses throughout Orange County. If you have a passion for painting, an eye for detail, and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
• Mixes and matches paints to achieve desired colors.
• Applies paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Ensures a high-quality finish by inspecting completed work for accuracy and neatness.
• Communicates effectively with clients to understand their painting needs.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Adheres to safety protocols and uses appropriate protective gear.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a painter is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

• Hourly wage: $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.
