Applied Family Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our afternoon social groups. This position offers flexibility with the opportunity for additional telehealth hours. If you are looking to work in a dynamic, supportive environment with the flexibility to expand your hours, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate social groups in the afternoons, providing support for children and young adults to enhance social skills in a structured and fun environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure effective communication and consistent care.
  • Maintain accurate data and progress reports to track client outcomes.
  • Offer telehealth services for clients, with flexibility to increase hours if desired.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification required.
  • Experience in ABA and social skills group facilitation is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility for telehealth services and willingness to accommodate varying schedules.
