We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our leadership team as the Director of Clinical Services & Operations.
Job Overview:
As the lead clinical role within the agency, the Director of Clinical Services & Operations will provide strategic guidance and oversight to both the Home Care and Care Management divisions. This individual will mentor the Case Management and Nursing teams, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance. The role will also involve collaborating with executive leadership to design and manage innovative programs and expanding partnerships with acute, post-acute, and social service providers to enhance client care and grow contracting opportunities.
In addition, this position will oversee clinical compliance, ensuring that all operations align with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate should possess strong program design and management skills, a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, and a high level of comfort with technology, data interpretation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical strategy and provide operational oversight for Home Care and Care Management services.
- Ensure clinical compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Mentor and guide the Case Management and Nursing teams to ensure top-quality care and client outcomes.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Director of Business Operations to innovate new programs and initiatives.
- Build and sustain partnerships with acute, post-acute, and social service organizations to support client care and expand contracting opportunities.
- Oversee program design and management, ensuring effective service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Utilize technology and data reporting tools to drive decision-making, ensure compliance, and improve operational performance.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of clinical leadership experience, preferably within home care, care management, or healthcare services.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and clinical compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage clinical teams.
- Expertise in program design and management.
- Technologically proficient, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports for decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
