Job DescriptionJob Description

Line Cook:

This role that will serve as the primary person for prepping and ensuring that all Breakfast and Lunch items that are made from scratch are ready to be served to customers.

This role will also prepare made to order and or specialty items as requested by customers.

This position will also conduct regularly scheduled inventory of stock to ensure that all food requests can be fulfilled by completing and providing lists of items needed to the owner.

Qualifications:

Three (3) years of cooking experience in a fast paced, self directed environment.

1+ years of experience making all types of eggs, omlettes, brunch items and sandwiches.

GED or HS Diploma; Culinary Arts Certification or degree strongly preferred

Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, multi-tasking and ever changing working environment.

Demonstrated experience of making quick but relevant decisions to ensure that all orders received are fulfilled in a timely manner

Experience in training and or leading others is strongly preferred.
