About the OpportunityStubHub is seeking a Technical Product Manager to manage the development of next-generation technologies and innovative, impactful features. As part of our Platform and Infrastructure team, you will work closely with the Platform team lead to operationalize the strategy and analyze and optimize the team's efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire product life cycle from ideation to launch and beyond, defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, and leading product development. You will also be responsible for cost analysis and implementing processes to control spending for optimal cost efficiency. This role will be based in our New York, NY office and has a hybrid work schedule (3 in-person days per week).What You'll Do
  • Build the Roadmap—Combine the platform team's expert knowledge, research into industry best practices, and the problems and needs of the broader Engineering Organization to generate a road map for a more scalable and robust platform that enables the Engineering Team to move quickly.
  • Execute on the Roadmap—Work with the Platform Team to execute quickly, efficiently, and effectively on the roadmap, communicating your team's progress to all stakeholders.
  • Drive adoption of frameworks, tools, and services built by the Platform Team through advocacy and education for the broader engineering organization.

What You've Done

  • 2-3+ Years of relevant working experience.
  • Understanding of how technology platforms are built and operate at scale (how business capabilities are organized into services, how they communicate and interact to run the platform, how they are deployed, where they are deployed to, how the "where" is provisioned etc)
  • Ability to manage projects across multiple business organizations and with various stakeholders.; able to influence outside your direct control area and negotiate an optimal solution.
  • Ability to break down complex systems and processes to be easily understood and communicate this to others within the organization.
  • Ability to analyze data to evaluate the behavior and performance of the platform using tooling such as SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau.
  • Methodical and patient, able to sequence change to ensure minimal risk

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub's total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
