Bare Bones Engagement is looking for an organized and proactive Events Assistant to help manage in-person promotional events and advertising campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure event success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the logistical planning and execution of in-person events, including event setup, tear down, and on-site support.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure all materials and supplies are ready for promotional events.
  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and team members to coordinate event details.
  • Ensure event spaces are well-maintained and run smoothly during the event.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining event schedules and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event coordination or support preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate event hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift and transport event materials as needed.
