If so, Enable, Inc in Bismarck ND is looking for you We are currently seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team and provide top-notch care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

As a DSP at Enable, Inc, you will be responsible for providing direct care to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. Your duties will include assisting clients with activities of daily living, promoting independence and community integration, implementing individualized care plans, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those you serve.

Open Shifts:

Full time: Second shift and every other weekend 9am - 9pm Full Time: Split shift, mornings 6 am to 10 am and 2:00 pm - 10 pm and every other weekend

Part Time: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and 2nd and 4th weekends Part Time: Second shift and every other weekend

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in direct care settings preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for helping others and making a positive impact
