Responsibilities:

  • Perform station opening/closing duties on each shift
  • Speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food, drinks and service
  • Clean and prepare the dining areas
  • Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
  • Be a product expert able to make recommendations as guests are ordering
  • Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
  • Be able to retain and demonstrate proper policies and procedures delivered by trainers and mangers with enthusiasm
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by establishing, following, and complying with sanitation standards and procedures
