CNC Supervisor

Position: First Shift Production Supervisor – Machining Operations

Location: Batavia, IL

Pay: $30-$34

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in the completion of production orders within your department.
• Troubleshoot basic manufacturing problems, identifying issues with materials or equipment.
• Utilize the production whiteboard and ERP system to facilitate production operations and product movement.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Previous CNC machining experience, including multi-axis lathes and mills, is required.
• 3-5 years of experience as a production supervisor in a CNC machine shop is strongly preferred.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) skills are preferred, but not required.
