The Nichols Crew is looking for two novice coaches for the spring season. The role would be to run the Nichols novice team for practices and regattas including developing and executing training plans, supervising athletes, and maintaining a line of communication with the Head Coach about novice practices. The role involves coaching practices. supervising athletes on road trips, assisting with operations on regatta days and instilling a love of the sport of rowing into your first year rowers. The Novice coaches should feel confident operating independently of direct supervision from the Head Coach.
