Job Description:
We seek a Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement Specialist to oversee customer communication, manage digital marketing campaigns, and ensure our website and social media content align with our brand vision. This role combines customer service expertise, creative marketing skills, and technical aptitude to ensure Zarifa USA thrives as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Address customer concerns, provide product recommendations, and maintain positive client relationships.

• Content Creation:

  • Write, edit, and publish 5 new SEO-optimized articles weekly to boost website traffic and visibility.
  • Refresh and optimize 10 older articles weekly, ensuring accuracy, improved readability, and keyword relevance.
  • Collaborate on and create compelling social media content (images, captions, and campaigns) to drive engagement.

• Website Management:

  • Manage website updates, including product pages, landing pages, and overall design improvements.
  • Optimize images and ensure smooth functionality across all devices.

• Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email campaigns targeting specific customer segments with tailored messaging.
  • Write concise, impactful copy for promotions, newsletters, and automated email flows.

• SEO and Analytics:

  • Use SEO tools to identify high-performing keywords and strategies.
  • Monitor website and marketing performance metrics to refine campaigns and improve ROI.

Work Schedule:

• This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Lunches and breaks are included within the workday, with a total of 8 paid hours per day.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or customer engagement roles.
• Proficiency in tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Surfer SEO, Canva, and Photoshop.
• Strong writing skills with experience in SEO-optimized copy and marketing content.
• Basic HTML knowledge and experience updating websites.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer support and team collaboration.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with HSA/FSA-eligible products or the wellness industry.
• Experience with AI writing tools for content generation.
• Knowledge of Affirm or similar financing platforms.
