South Jersey Plumbing Company in business 25+ years seeking lead mechanics.

Applicants should be lead mechanics able to work and supervise others in all phases of commercial plumbing including layout and installation for tenant fit outs and/or new construction projects.

Responsibilities include all phases of commercial plumbing but not limited to:

· Review blueprints for optimal work procedures

· Install new commercial plumbing according to blueprints and codes.

· Lay out, install copper/PVC piping and setting fixtures in all phases of below and above ground plumbing.

· Set rooftop units for HVAC, and run refrigeration as well as med gas lines

· Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial plumbing preferred

· Valid driver’s license and hand tools required

· Ability to read blueprints and schematics

· Ability to handle physical workload (job requires climbing ladders, hand digging trenches, carrying fixtures, and the use of lifts and/or excavators

· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills; excellent verbal communication skills
