About Us:
We are a team of professional craftsmen providing for the commercial cabinet, countertop, and fixture industry. We work daily with Laminates, Wood Paneling, Millwork, Solid Surface, and Hardware components to make some pretty cool things. We range from bespoke one-off fixtures for unique business environments to mass produced & specifically engineered cabinetry for industry.

The Role:
We are looking for a Machine Operator for our CNC's, Saws, and Edgebanders. This role feeds many down stream functions and needs to be able to collaborate with and understand other departments needs. It will require programming the machine from an AutoCAD DXF or Cutlist and operating the equipment to achieve the intended parts. As a custom manufacturer, being able to Flex and work at other machines or as a fabricator is desired to maintain flow of product on the manufacturing floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program & Operate CNC's, Saws, Edgebanders, or other machines to create wood, laminate, and solid surface components to exact specifications.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the efficient flow of materials and work between teams.
  • Perform machine setups, quality checks, and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to maintain smooth operations.
  • Assist in other fabrication areas, providing support as needed and gaining experience across multiple roles/machines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols.
  • Forklift operation to transfer and position materials.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience operating CNC machines, Programmable Saws, or Edgebanders is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude, with a passion for learning and mastering new skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Interest in hometown manufacturing, craftsmanship, and machinery.
  • A background in woodworking, cabinet making, or manufacturing is helpful, but not required.
