Woory America, Inc is a manufacturer of thermal management system & components, and other electrical parts for automotive industrial. Woory is a global company based in Korea head office and challenging the next generation of electric vehicle market with production sites in many countries around the world. We are looking for someone who will work with us as a team of Woory at Dublin GA new plant
Position Summary
As a Manufacturing Process Engineer within our organization, you will be a key contributor to the optimization and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibilities will involve analyzing workflows, implementing improvements, and ensuring the seamless integration of technology to enhance production output and product quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Testing and monitoring machinery to make sure it is in good working order and can operate safely.
· Installing new equipment to improve a company’s manufacturing processes.
· Designing new equipment or operational procedures
· Troubleshooting machines to resolve breakdowns or faults.
· Gathering data and compiling reports to assess the effectiveness of manufacturing procedures.
· Maintaining contact with customers and suppliers to ensure quality standards for machinery and products are being met.
· Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
· Thorough knowledge of how production lines and other manufacturing processes operate.
· Efficient problem-solving skills
· Excellent coordination skills to enable cooperation with technical staff and management.
· Ability to respond quickly to unplanned events or challenges, such as the breakdown of a machine.
· Effective communication and reporting skills for meetings with management to keep them informed of important developments.
· Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering. (Preferred)
· Bilingual in Korean and English.
· Strong; customer service, organization, and administrative skills
· Good interpersonal skills
· Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills required to handle internal/external customer needs.
· Ability to meet multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
· Detail oriented.
· Working knowledge of MS Windows including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
