We are seeking a motivated and dependable Carpenter Helper to assist our lead carpenters in various remodeling projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction and grow within the trade.

Responsibilities:

• Assist carpenters in framing, installing fixtures, and other remodeling tasks.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials as directed.
• Prepare and clean work areas before and after tasks.
• Load and unload materials and tools at the job site.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Support team members in ensuring timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or carpentry (preferred but not required).
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
