Title: Affiliate Relationship Manager
Location: Hilliard, Ohio
Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 + Commission (based on experience and performance)
Reports to: General Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Affiliate Manager to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and growing affiliate programs, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role will involve developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies, managing relationships with affiliates, and optimizing program performance. The position offers a base salary with the potential for additional earnings through performance-based commissions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company’s affiliate marketing strategy to drive growth and revenue.
Identify and recruit new affiliates to join the program, expanding the network and reach.
Manage and support existing affiliates, providing them with the tools and resources needed to maximize their performance.
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies to increase affiliate-generated revenue.
Maintain open and effective communication with affiliates to address day-to-day issues and ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive affiliate marketing reports to track program success and inform future strategies.
Address low-performing affiliates, working closely with them to improve their results and overall contribution.
Develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of the affiliate program.
Coordinate with internal teams to keep affiliates informed of new products, promotions, and company policies.
Ensure compliance with affiliate marketing guidelines, industry standards, and regulations.
Attend industry events and conferences to network, promote the affiliate program, and stay informed of industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred; 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
Proven track record of managing and growing affiliate programs with measurable success.
Strong knowledge of online marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
Experience with affiliate marketing platforms, tracking software, and tools such as Google Analytics.
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong working knowledge of Google Docs/Suite, MS Office, and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Strong negotiation skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Creative thinker with the ability to suggest and implement innovative solutions and improvements.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for clients and customers.
Willingness to work some nights and weekends as needed.
Limited travel may be required.
