Job DescriptionJob Description

We’re seeking a Website Documentation & Maintenance Specialist to work on-site at our Antioch, TN location. In this role, you will manage web users and eContent on our site while ensuring all website documentation and resources are accurate, accessible, and up-to-date. Experience with CRM systems and integrating customer-focused documentation into website resources is a significant advantage. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy organizing and maintaining online systems, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update all website-related documentation, including FAQs, user guides, and process instructions.
  • Manage website users, permissions, and accounts to ensure secure and appropriate access.
  • Regularly review and update eContent to keep the site accurate, consistent, and engaging.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure technical, business, and CRM data are accurately represented on the website.
  • Organize and standardize website documentation to align with company branding and messaging guidelines.
  • Leverage CRM insights to enhance website documentation and improve customer engagement.
  • Troubleshoot and document website-related issues, coordinating with developers or IT for resolutions.
  • Audit and manage a centralized repository of website content, user data, and documentation to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Monitor online feedback to identify areas where website functionality or documentation can improve the user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in website documentation maintenance, user management, or content management (X+ years preferred).
  • Familiarity with managing web users, roles, and permissions within a content management system (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
  • Strong organizational and writing skills, with an ability to simplify complex information for various audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and their role in improving customer interactions.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content formatting within CMS platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
