Lafayette Pain Care is a rapidly growing, physician owned, pain management company with locations in Lafayette, Kokomo, Marion, Logansport, Winamac and Williamsport, Indiana. We are looking to add a Nurse Practitioner for to our Kokomo office with possible travel to our other locations 1-2 days a week.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner who has General, Family Practice or Emergency background who can adapt easily to a pain medicine practice. If you have had experience managing pain medication or referring to pain management you would be a great fit.  You will routinely conduct patient assessments and follow-up visits, prescribe interventional pain methods such as diet, exercise, physical therapy, behavior modification and prescription medications. You will also target those patients that will need other interventional pain treatments such as injections and, pain pumps or more advanced methods such as spinal cord stimulators inserted by our highly skilled physicians. Your goal will always be to reduce the dependence upon opioids through a full array of interventional pain procedures.

We offer a 4 day/week work schedule; Monday - Friday Clinic hours 8am-4pm, No Call, No Weekends

We are seeking:

  • 2+ years as a mid-level practitioner
  • Have current Indiana license that is in good standing
  • Works well independently
  • Able to see 25-30 patients each day
  • Experienced using an EMR like PrognoCIS or similar
  • Live in or close proximity to Kokomo, Indiana
  • Someone that doesn't mind traveling to a second location if needed
  • Active DEA license in good standing
